The Wolf and the Crown of Blood

£10.99

This story vividly illustrates how opposing sides in a war never remember events in the same way, highlighting the importance of history and the lessons it teaches. Although set in a fantasy world with Gods and mortals, the story is surprisingly relatable and extremely engrossing—it’s hard to put down. Bryony, although mortal repeatedly faces death due to a peace agreement that requires her to keep dying to preserve the shroud. When she becomes Wolf’s target, she strikes a deal with him, but he keeps changing the terms! I absolutely loved this novel; it’s an excellent dark romantasy to kick off the year. The story is packed with spice, angst, longing, and mystery—I honestly couldn’t predict how everything would resolve!
